OURSTORY
Motivated by the desire to spark positive change in the NDIS landscape, we decided to create our own service, with a focus on working with participants with Younger Onset Dementia.
Our goal was simple: to elevate the NDIS experience for those who face this challenging and complex condition, as well as those who care for them. Owned and operated by an experienced Registered Nurse, we deliver a holistic, independent NDIS Support Coordination service for participants with moderate to complex needs, as well as offering a niche expertise in Younger Onset Dementia, including; Alzheimer’s disease, Vascular Dementia, Frontotemporal Dementia, Alcohol-Related Brain Injury and any other form of dementia for NDIS participants.
We are a NDIS Registered Provider, allowing you the added peace of mind that our professional services are consistently reviewed and regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
